1. At Tao Yuan Airport. Go to Terminal ONE for public buses. Follow signage to Bus Parking located at B1.
2. Locate UBus no. 705 Stand. UBus Ticketing counter is there.
3. Buy Ticket to Tao Yuan High Speed Rail Station. More info on UBus here .
4. Wait for Bus. Board Bus no. 705. Enjoy scenery.
5. At TaoYuan HSR Station, buy ticket (from machine or from counter is up to you). Journey is about 40mins, so if hungry, go buy a bento box or something at 7-11 at Tao Yuan HSR Station.
6. Enter gate with ticket and follow signage to South Platform (not North Platform). Go down this escalator.
7. There are 12 cars per train. If your seat happen to be at Car 2, goto Car 2 area and wait for train.
8. Board train according to your train number and ticket timing. If you reach here earlier, do not attempt to board any earlier train, otherwise you may be sitting on somebody's lap. They have different train numbers. In this example, it's Train #705, so wait for this train, and it's Car #2:
9. Enjoy your ride and bento box.
10. Feel free to explore the train. There are 12 cars per train.
11. Tai Chung Station is only two stops away from Tao Yuan Station (as of this writing).
12. When you get off and exit to Tai Chung HSR Station, you should see something like this:
